The North Idaho College ABE/GED program provides instruction in all five counties of North Idaho. These include:
GED Testing Information
All students must attend GED Registration before signing up to take the GED tests. Please call the Adult Education/GED Program in your area to make an appointment to attend.
Once you attend GED Registration you may sign up to take the GED tests. The General Education Development Testing Service of the American Council on Education requires that all GED test be timed. A maximum of 20 students can be tested at one time. You are encouraged to schedule your testing appointment as early as possible in order to ensure a seat is available. The cost of the five GED tests is $75.00 and must be paid for prior to testing. Students must bring picture ID to Registration and to each GED test appointment.
Please call the Adult Education Center in your area to attend GED Registration or make an appointment to take your GED Test.
16/17 year old students must bring a withdraw form from the last school they attended and a parent permission letter in addition to their current picture ID to GED Registration.
