Meet with your academic advisor and adjust your education plan to match the requirements for your intended transfer institution.
Visit
Be sure to visit the school(s) you are interested in attending.
Connection
Make a connection with your transfer institution. It is very important to start working with a transfer advisor at your intended transfer institution. This will allow you stay up to date on all their program requirements and changes.
