Disability Support Services Staff
Tim is a University of Idaho alumni and grew up in Coeur d'Alene. He has worked for the State of Idaho in various capacities for over 31 years in the areas of program management, social work, mental health, intellectual disabilities, aged and disabled services, substance abuse, corrections and labor.
Ty is the Assistant to the Director and also the Intake Specialist for DSS. She attended Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS and brings over 10 years experience in office administration to the NIC Campus.
| Ryan Scott, MA
(Specializing in Blind and Visually Impaired, Learning Disabilities and Assistive Technology)
Ryan has a Master's degree in communication emphasizing on the culture of learning disabilities within the postsecondary environment. Ryan brings four years combined experience in instruction, peer tutoring and advising from Boise State University. In CEA he is responsible for assisting students who are Blind/Visually Impaired/Learning Disabled with accommodations such as assistive technology, audio material and more.

(Specializes in Psychiatric Disabilities)
Gina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Organizational Communications from Eastern Washington University. She has many years of administrative and managerial experience. At DSS she is responsible for assisting students with psychiatric disabilities. She is certified as a C-Print Captionist by the National Institute for the Deaf and by PEPNET for Notetaking Skills and Serving College Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
Lindsey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Idaho and is currently enrolled in the Master's of Educational Administration program at Idaho State University. She earned certification through the State of Idaho as a Children's and Adult Developmental Specialist, Intensive Behavior Interventionist, and a Habilitative Specialist. She has worked in Special Education and Development Disability Services for the past seven years providing assessment, therapeutic intervention, and support services to children and young adults with developmental disabilities.
