Townhouse is very nice it is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with garage that is shared, and only 5-10 minutes away from NIC campus depending on traffic; easily within bicycle distance as well. The place is located in a great part of town and has a good neighborhood. Rent is really cheap especially compared to other smaller apartments around CDA that aren't as new, clean and safe. Has fully furnished kitchen, dining, and living room, and full washer & dryer. Rent includes ALL utilities (water, sewer, garbage, internet/wifi, electricity and heat).
