Student Accounts
By registering at North Idaho College, you agree to provide payment by the due dates. You also understand that collection cost and legal fees will be added if the services of a collection agency are employed.
Payment Due Date for Spring Semester 2010
Deadline 1 - Thursday, January 7th, if you register on or before January 7th.
If registered on or before January 7, 2010, payment is due at 5 pm. Note: If you register after January 7th, payment is due at the time of registration.
Financial Aid Disbursement Dates
Spring 2010 Financial Aid Disbursement will be on January 21st in the Blue Creek Bay Room at the Student Union Building. Financial Aid checks will be disbursed from 8:00 am to 4:00 on January 21st, in the SUB. Any time after that day, they will be available in the Student Accounts Office on Fridays, 7:30 am - 2:30 pm. Checks will automatically be mailed if not picked up after a period of two weeks.
Class Cancellation
Failure to meet these due dates will incur class cancellation on the deadline date. The Statement of Accounts must be returned with payment and/or proper financial aid deferments. Your student account must be cleared of all prior charges before you will be permitted to attend class. Statements that are sent in with incomplete payments and/or deferments are subject to cancellation of registration.
