North Idaho College Payment Plan
This plan is designed to spread all or part of your tuition, room, board and fees for each semester between two to four installments. The plan is a contractual agreement with the College; therefore you are expected to comply with the provisions outlined below. This plan is offered through Tuition Management Systems (TMS) and there will be a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per semester to participate.
As cost or aid are finalized simply adjust your monthly payment via web, telephone or mail at no cost. You will receive a bill monthly. You may pay by check, money order or credit card (Visa or MasterCard), through the mail, over the telephone or the internet. Automatic monthly payments may be made directly from your checking or savings account. Missing an Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option due date can result in late payment fees.
Payment Plan Setup Deadline Date for Spring 2010
The last day to setup a payment plan with Tuition Management System is Thursday, January 7, 2009. Your plan must be setup and payments current no later than 5 pm on that day. After 5 pm, the payment plan will no longer be an option and payment on account will be required in full at the time of registration.
Due Dates for Spring 2010
Payment 1 - December 5, 2009
Payment 2 - January 5, 2010
Payment 3 - February 5, 2010

Payments must be received on or before each due date. Failure to remit payment on time will result in a late charge through TMS.
This plan is not offered during the Summer Semester.
All payments for the payment plan must be made through Tuition Management Systems.
