OARS Leaders
The Student Orientation Leaders Program (O-Leader) purpose is to enhance the student experience here at North Idaho College. O-Leaders assist with orientation and retention of new students. In addition, O-Leaders act as representatives of North Idaho College to help create a sense of community among students, employees and visitors.
