What is ASNIC?
ASNIC (Associated Students North Idaho College) is committed to representing and serving the students of North Idaho College. Through our leadership we ascertain, present, and resolve student concerns; seek out opportunities for improvement within and without the college; provide resources; and enhance student life and the community around us.
Throughout the year, numerous activities and functions are available to all students on the NIC campus. Concerts, plays, and intercollegiate sports are just a few regularly scheduled opportunities provided by NIC. The Associated Students of North Idaho College (ASNIC) function as the governing body and voice of the students at NIC.
Within the structure of ASNIC are three very important programs, Student Events, Orientation Leaders, and ASNIC Clubs. The Student Events Board sponsors special events and activities that students can enjoy during their breaks away from studies. Contests, festivals, concerts, comedy nights, dances, and numerous other activities are sponsored by the Student Events Board. This organization welcomes student input concerning events you would like to see.
