Steps for Former Students
Welcome back to North Idaho College. You do not need to reapply for admission to NIC unless you wish to apply for a limited or selective enrollment program.
1. Update Your Records
Print and mail the application to the Admissions Office or submit the application online.
2. Meet With an Advisor
Meet with an academic advisor if you need assistance with course selection. Call 208.769.7821 to schedule an appointment.
3. Request Transcripts
Request transcripts be sent to NIC from any other colleges you've have attended. Request for Transcript Form
4. Submit Certificate of Residency
Submit a Certificate of Residency to your home county of record if you are not a Kootenai County resident.
5. Register for Classes
Register for classes using MyNIC. Check the college calendar for registration dates. Please allow 3 working days to process your record update information.
6. Pay Tuition
Pay by cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard. Payment can be made through MyNIC with a Visa, MasterCard, or debit card. More information ...
