Eileen began working with Computer Services
in January 2003, with a part-time job at the
Help Desk. As an
Help Desk specialist, she
researched challenging and "bizarro"
technical problems and solutions. She made updates to the
insider technical web site and the Computer
Services News forum and laid the foundation for a comprehensive and
user-friendly solutions database for the
Help Desk staff.
In November 2003, Eileen became the full-time Web Programmer. Her
duties include upgrading the
Action
Request system and Computer Services web
site, as well as designing and implementing the Action Request
Mid-Tier project (the on-line version of the Action Request system).
Eileen's personal interests include reading, writing, traveling, talking and sharing. Her favorite things are her nieces and nephew, her miniature pinscher, good salsa and monkeys.
