#1: Develop qualitative
and quantitative assessment methods for standard services delivered in
computer lab environments college-wide. #2: Improve services for students accompanied by family members. #3: Acquire and implement a new Pay-for-Print system covering more open lab environments. Prepare to integrate with a campus One Card system. #4: Strengthen the assistance capabilities of Molstead Computer Lab student employees by using all available training resources. #5: Standardize the open lab "experience" for students in all outreach centers.
