  Support Units
  The Information Technology Department is organized into the following support units:

Analysis and Programming
Provides software development, custom software enhancement, maintenance, integration, interface, user support, and systems administration services that support NIC's administrative, operational, and informational systems needs across all computing platforms.

Networking and Systems
Provides the technical management of the college's network infrastructure and voice communications system.

User Services
Researches, sets standards, and facilitates training for campus computing technology. Provides implementation and restoration services to users of campus computers, peripherals, printers, and phones.
