Available accounts

The following accounts are available for qualifying personnel:

Local Area Network (file & printer server access)
GroupWise E-mail
Datatel
AUDIX, voicemail
Web Authoring
NICOnline
Resource25
WebCT Vista
Wireless Access

Obtaining accounts              

These accounts can all be initiated (or terminated) by completing and submitting the Account & Computing Request form.

  • Local Area Network
  • GroupWise
  • Datatel
  • Audix Voicemail
  • Windows Desktop Accounts

Account & Computing Request Form

 The form must be completed by an authorized hiring agent such as a department director, immediate supervisor, division chair or other hiring personnel. The form results are sent to the IT Help Desk and requests are then logged and routed to the appropriate server administrator who will create the account(s).

**Other accounts not obtained through the online request form are initiated when the hiring agent directly contacts various key personnel who are outside of Information Technology. Please click here for more details.


Obtaining Account Login Information

Local Area Network (LAN) and GroupWise access is an integral part of the new employee training process. All new employees needing either or both of these accounts must be trained in order to receive their network login information. Please contact the IT Help Desk at x3280 to set up a training appointment and receive login information.
