Copy Cards

Students may purchase a copy card at the Molstead Library Check-Out Desk.  The cards cost $5, $10, or $20 at a 20% discount that may be used at any of the three computer terminal pay-for-print stations, as well as the three photocopy machines in the Library.  The copy cards may also be used in the Molstead Computer Lab.

Printing prices vary between the Library and the Computer Lab, so please check with the Lab Consultants for printing prices.  Blank copy cards can be re-encoded for lesser amounts.

The following instructions will guide students and employees on how to encode the cards with ease:

  • Insert your copy card into the slot.
  • Coins are deposited in the slot.
  • Bills are inserted face-up in the appropriate slot.
  • Once the money is deposited, the value of the card is displayed on top of the machine.
  • To eject copy card, push the white button (by the copy card slot).

  • 1)  Click File, Print.
  • 2)  When the print window appears, select the Black or Color printer from the drop-down list and click OK.

  • 10) Click Print, or OK, and retrieve your print job.
