In order to customize your new computer properly and to make the transition to your new equipment an easy process, the Technology Support Center needs to gather some information from you.

Securing Your Data

Securing your data means backing up all of your personal files, including Internet Favorites, to the Network. Please save a copy of all your documents which are being stored on your current computer to your personal folder on \\Spock\User\...   (H: drive).

*Due to storage limitations on the network file server (Spock), please back up large files (music, video, photos) to external media (flash drives, CD-RWs, DVD-RWs, etc.)

The Technology Support Center is available to assist you with the data backup process if necessary. Please select the appropriate radio button below.
