WebCT Distance Education provides its own limited technical support for students having difficulties within their web course site. For other technical difficulties, consult the Help Desk or use the self-help web links below:
If you are having difficulties with quizzes, tests or other online assignments, we suggest that the instructor be notified immediately by phone or e-mail. All instructors may be reached via e-mail using any e-mail account by observing the following e-mail address syntax:
For general information regarding WebCT and online credit courses, click here. Students can also receive assistance from the Distance Education Office in room 252 in the Molstead Library building or contact Distance Education at 769-3436. NICOnline For information regarding NICOnline, click here. Access IDs and Access Codes for login authentication to the server are obtained through the Registrar's office. New students will receive their login information in an introductory letter sent to their home address at the beginning of each semester. Students can also receive assistance from the Registrar's Office in room 116 in Lee Kildow Hall or contact the Registrar's office at 769-3320.
