The purpose of this course is to enable students to improve their cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength, as well as gain knowledge about basic exercise physiology and personal health and wellness. This course fulfills a physical education requirement for the A.A. and A.S. degrees and may be repeated for a total of 4 credits. Activity: 2 hours per week
