Gas Metal Arc Welding

This course will introduce students to the methods and theory of Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW). Instruction and practice of GMAW will focus on ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Using the four transfer modes of GMAW students will weld plate in all four positions. Lab: 16 hours per week
