Infancy Through Middle Childhood

CHD 134 provides an introductory overview of human development from conception through middle childhood. Physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of typically and atypically developing children will be examined in the context of family and social issues. This is a required course for the Child Development program and is strongly recommended for Elementary Education majors. Lecture: 3 hours per week
