This course is designed to give the student a basic understanding of the employment process. Emphasis is placed on legal compliance, planning, recruitment, selection, and retention. By the end of the course the student should understand the fundamentals and legal aspects of various methods and techniques in recruiting, selection, and employment. Lecture: 3 hours per week
