Customized Group Visit Request Form

Thank you for your interest in planning a group tour to North Idaho College. The following form is designed to gather information about your visit. Unless otherwise noted, all fields are required (*).

Once you SUBMIT your form, it will be sent to the tour coordinator Sara Schmelzer at saschmelzer@nic.edu. After you submit the form, Sara will contact you within two business days via phone or e-mail. Please note that submitting a request does not confirm your group visit. Your group visit is only confirmed after you receive a confirmation email from the Admissions Office. The subject line of this email will state: “North Idaho College – Group Visit Confirmation.” If you have any questions, please call Sara at (208) 769-3449.

Experience North Idaho College through a guided walking tour. These 60-minute tours are led by experienced tour guides and highlight campus life, academics and the history of the college. Tours may be adapted to various ages, interests and time constraints. Classroom visits are not available on this tour.


The Admissions Office staff will present a comprehensive overview of North Idaho College programs and services. Information is provided on the financial aid process and tools to assist in planning for the cost of education. This presentation can be adapted to various ages, interests and time constraints.
