Graduation Form

Complete the following cap and gown order form if you plan to participate in commencement. The form must be completed before the end of the February prior to the commencement ceremony you want to participate in. If you complete the order form after this date you may not be able to participate in the commencement ceremony. The ceremony takes place in May and recognizes the graduates from the previous fall term and the expected graduates from the current spring term and following summer session.
