IMS Home

Instructional Media Services offers a variety of media resources for instructional use. These resources are available to assist faculty, staff and administrators in achieving their goals as directed by NIC's Mission Statement.

IMS can provide training on all media equipment. Please call ext. 3429 to schedule a training session well in advance to usage.

VHS Player	periodic cleaning, replaces if budget will allow
Televisions	periodic cleaning, replaces if budget will allow
Audio Amplifier	periodic cleaning, replaces if budget will allow
Equipment Carts	periodic cleaning
Kodak CD Play	periodic cleaning, replaces if budget will allow
Equipment Security	installation (Dept. will be charged for security device)
Remote Controls	battery replacement, small unit replacement (LCD projector controls will not be replaced by IMS)
Equipment Cables (Composite, Component/ YC & Audio)	repairs and some replacement if possible

Individual Departments are expected to keep their equipment's exterior clean, IMS' trained staff will routinely clean the interior components during holiday breaks.

IMS will provide departments with contact info and vendors for media equipment and services IMS does not provide. Please call 769.3429 or CLICK HERE for a list of outsourcing vendors.
