Space still available in NIC summer volleyball camps

Space is still available in the North Idaho College volleyball camps held this summer for middle and high school volleyball players.
The NIC Position Camp will be offered Aug. 7 and 8 in NIC’s Christianson Gym. The camp will focus on targeting the skills specific to each individual position. Cost is $75 and camp registration includes two of the following sessions: 4 to 6 p.m. Aug. 7 for setters and outside hitters, 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 7 for liberos and middle blockers, 4 to 6 p.m. Aug. 8 for liberos and outside hitters and 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 8 for setters and middle blockers.
The NIC Volleyball Tune-Up Complete Player Camp will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Aug. 9, 10 and 11 at Coeur d’Alene High School. The camp is designed for intermediate, junior varsity and varsity players who want to tune up their volleyball skills before school tryouts. Cost is $75.
Camp instruction will be led by new NIC head volleyball coach Colleen Frohlich as well as NIC assistant coaches and players.
All campers should bring athletic shoes, shorts, knee pads and a water bottle.
