7/22/2004
Ten North Idaho College students recently earned honors for excellence in communication.
The Achievement and Excellence in Communication Award was initiated last year to honor students who excelled in communication and provide them a certificate that could be used as a reference to show their competence as a communicator, according to NIC Communications Instructor Mona Klinger.
To qualify, students must have completed at least nine credits earning a B or better in communications courses at NIC.
Spring 2004 recipients include: Michael Hiebert of Rathdrum, Linda Lee of Coeur d’Alene, Larisa Stipek of Athol, Jenny Marie Estep of Coeur d’Alene, Linsey Baker of Coeur d’Alene, Kelly B. Smith of St. Maries, Amy Godwin of Kellogg, Michele Nichole Larson of Polson, Mont., Julie A. Clayton of Sandpoint and Anne Cocchiarella of Liberty Lake, Wash.
