NIC men's basketball players sign with Division I colleges
Two North Idaho College men's basketball players have signed letters of intent with Division I schools.
NIC sophomore Harry Disy, of Paris, France, has signed with Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, La. Louisiana Tech finished 14-15 overall this season and placed fifth in the Western Athletic Conference with a 9-9 record. Disy averaged 12.5 points and 8.2 rebounds per game for the Cardinals this year to finish 14th and fifth respectively in the individual Scenic West Athletic Conference standings.

Steve Cobbley, a 6-foot-10 freshman from Pocatello, Idaho, has signed with Utah State University, which finished the season 24-8 overall and 13-5 in the Big West Conference. The Aggies lost to No. 3-seeded Arizona in the first round of the NCAA tournament. Cobbley started in 13 of NIC's games and averaged 6.6 points a game.
