The one-session class will be offered from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 29 in Boswell Hall Room 138, on NIC's main campus in Coeur d'Alene.

The class will teach participants how to achieve financial freedom by buying, financing and managing single-family homes for rental income property.

The class is taught by Marshall Mend, a licensed real estate broker who owns more than 20 properties.

Participants can register online or by calling the NIC Workforce Training Center at (208) 769-3333.
