Last Really BIG Raffle open house to be held June 19
Don't miss the last chance to see the North Idaho College Foundation's 12th annual Really BIG Raffle house, now in its final phases of construction by the NIC Carpentry students.
Celebrate Father's Day by bringing Dad to the open house, which will be from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 19.
Less than 450 tickets remain for the grand prize $200,000 custom house as well as more than $25,000 in other prizes including include the first prize $20,000 car or boat, the second prize $3,500 travel package or the third prize $2,000 shopping spree.
Located in the Montrose subdivision, this year's house is a rancher with a full basement and more than 3,500 square feet of living space. The house features a covered front porch, rear deck and three-car garage on a landscaped corner lot. The grand prize home is located at 1374 Coquille Court in Post Falls.
Tickets are $100 each and only 4,500 tickets will be sold before the drawing at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 6 in Fort Sherman Park on NIC's main campus.
Proceeds from the Really BIG Raffle benefit important educational needs at NIC.
Tickets are available at the open house or at 15 ticket outlets throughout the area. Idaho residents can charge tickets by phone or order them online. Since tickets cannot be mailed out of state due to federal regulations, out-of-state residents must purchase tickets at one of the following outlets or by phone if mailed to a friend or family member with an Idaho mailing address.
Directions: Take the Spokane Street exit off I-90 and go north. Turn left on Seltice, then right on Chase, then left on Willamette. The home is on the corner of Willamette and Coquille at 1374 Coquille Court.
