Still room available in NIC's ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire' class

There's still time to enroll in “Who Wants to be a Millionaire,” a community education class offered through the North Idaho College Workforce Training Center in June.

The one-session class will be offered from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 29 in Boswell Hall Room 138, on NIC's main campus in Coeur d'Alene.

The class will teach participants how to achieve financial freedom by buying, financing and managing single-family homes for rental income property.

The class is taught by Marshall Mend, a licensed real estate broker who owns more than 20 properties.
