NIC community education classes open for enrollment

There's still time to enroll in two several community education classes offered through the North Idaho College Workforce Training Center in October.

“Who Wants to be a Millionaire” will be offered from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12 in Boswell Hall Room 138, on NIC's main campus in Coeur d'Alene. The course teaches participants how to achieve financial freedom by buying, financing and managing single-family homes for rental income property.

“Real Estate Marketing Secrets” will be offered from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25 in Hedlund Building 229. The course will teach participants how to position and show houses or property as well as creative marketing techniques and how to interview and select a realtor.

The classes are taught by Marshall Mend, a licensed real estate broker who owns more than 20 properties.

The fee for each class is $15.
