NIC business development center to offer class on exporting
Small business owners and other business representatives are encouraged to sign up for this spring’s Idaho Small Business Development Center’s class on the export development process.
“Going Beyond Our Borders” will be offered in four sessions from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays May 3-24 at the North Idaho College Workforce Training Center in Post Falls.
The course will cover the entire export development process from building export capacity to delivering the goods. Topics include improving competitiveness, identifying markets, developing entry strategies and finding buyers and distributors.
The class will be taught by Roberta Brooke, the executive director of the International Trade Alliance, which facilitates the development of international trade in the Spokane region.
The course cost is $115.
