NIC holds communication/fine arts day for interested high school students

High school students interested in North Idaho College’s communication and fine arts programs will have the opportunity to learn more about the programs during Communication/Fine Arts Day Tuesday, Oct. 23.
Students will gather for an orientation at 9:30 a.m. in Boswell Hall Schuler Auditorium before breaking into groups to attend various workshops designed to give students a feel for what the programs are like at NIC.
Featured communication and fine arts programs include art, speech, journalism, graphic design, theater, music and photography.
In addition to the workshops in each program, students will also receive a campus tour, lunch and the opportunity to gather more information from information tables in the lobby of Boswell Hall.
It’s not too late to sign up for this free event. High schoolers interested in participating can talk to their high school counselors to sign up.
