NIC Esthetician Clinic offers Valentine's Day specials

The new student-operated Esthetician Clinic offered through the North Idaho College Workforce Training Center is offering a Valentine’s Day package, which includes two hours of pampering for $35.

The special applies to appointments made for Saturday, Feb. 11 and includes a facial, LED light therapy, hand paraffin and a choice of makeup for women or back treatment for men.

Students enrolled in the esthetician course at NIC receive 600 hours of instruction in theory and practical skill development required by the Idaho State Board of Cosmetology Bureau of Occupational Licenses. The clinic is used as a hands-on working laboratory for students and appointments are available from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Facials, waxing and makeup appointments are available at various times during the week. Services include facials, all-natural spray tanning, microdermabrasion treatments, microcurrent treatments, waxing and makeup. A complete list of services is available at
