North Idaho College will be closed Monday, Feb. 20 in observance of Presidents’ Day.
The college will also be closed during the third annual Employee Day event Tuesday, Feb. 21 for employee development activities campus wide. Classes that meet during the day are canceled and evening classes held at or after 4 p.m. are in session.
Exceptions to the closure include the NIC Children’s Center, Molstead Library and the Molstead Computer Lab and the Edminster Student Union Building, which will remain open. Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Academy classes will still be in session and the NIC Adult Basic Education Center, Area Agency on Aging, Bonners Ferry Center and Workforce Training Center will remain open. The NIC Silver Valley Center will be open adjusted hours from 3:30 to 6 p.m. and the Testing Center will be open from 4 to 8 p.m.
