NIC men's basketball player signs with University of Texas—San Antonio

North Idaho College men’s basketball player Edrico McGregor, a 6-8 power forward from Nassau, Bahamas, recently signed to play for the University of Texas—San Antonio next season.

McGregor averaged 7.2 points and 4.8 rebounds per game for NIC last year. He helped lead the Cardinals to a successful 24-8 overall record last season.

The University of Texas—San Antonio is where former Cardinal Michael Hale is now playing. Currently in the Southland Conference, University of Texas—San Antonio will join the Western Athletic Conference in July 2012.
