Beta Sigma Phi contributes to NIC scholarship fund
Beta Sigma Phi established an endowed scholarship in 2001 through the North Idaho College Foundation in support of student scholarships. Including this $300 contribution, Beta Sigma Phi has contributed over $18,500 to the North Idaho College Foundation.
NIC student Jacqueline Carter is the current recipient of the Beta Sigma Phi Scholarship. “Receiving this scholarship is such an honor,” Carter said. “It is incredible to be recognized by such a wonderful organization that gave me such a great experience when I was young and helped make me the kind and caring woman I am today.”
Beta Sigma Phi is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1931 to give women of all ages a means of enriching their lives both socially and culturally and to provide a network of support, encouragement, motivation and friendship.
