The CORE codes were discussed.  The importance of having those discussions in this group was also talked about and so this will be an ongoing agenda item.

The group briefly visited the Datatel Application.  This will also become an ongoing agenda item.  This group needs to be very familiar with the application.

The online form  was reviewed.  Some changes will be made.  The group is to email Ann with suggestions.  

The responsibilities/charge of the team were reviewed as printed out in the plan. A few additions were made.  The group will review it again at the next meeting.
