Meeting Notes - Friday, February 20, 2004, 10:30a - 11:30

Beyond Datatel and Basic Datatel "quiz" was given so the team can become familiar with Datatel. Lisa will visit Brenda, Lucy, Kathy, Bruce and will grant access to coleduc (Colleague Education Account) so they can look at Datatel from their offices. 

The form was revised to include the latest field of report type and Ann will revise the form to reflect the changes.

A focus group was discussed as an approach to get feedback on the form. The focus group will consist of 13 users that will take the first look at the form. The feedback will help with the revision and implementation of the form.  The team members that will help with the focus group include Ann, Lisa, Tami, Kathy, and Sarah.  They will meet in the ELF on the afternoon of March 1st. 

The RT team will take the form and list of focus group participants to the CORE meeting on March 11th.
