Institutional Reporting Team

Meeting Notes - Friday, March 12, 2004, 10:30a - 11:00a

Attendees:  Ann Cahill, Lisa Clark, Tami Haft, Sarah Garcia

Extend our RT meetings until noon. RT meets from 10:30 to 11:00 with the trainings following as listed below:

Training Times:
March 26th
11:00 -11:25a
11:30 – noon
April 9th
11:00 -11:25a
11:30 – noon
April 23rd
Open for open forum – further questions (tentative)
11:00 -11:25a
11:30 – noon

Ann will email RT team on why extended meetings.

Deadline for initial completion of Report Inventory– May 1st, 2004

Email -  To Management Team
Email that list and let them know they can come themselves or send a delegate.
Training should only take 20 minutes.

Sign up -  Trainees
Call Lucy with time that works for each person. 13 people is maximum for each session. The first session will wrap up at 11:25a. Use sign in sheets. Lucy will do draft of email and run it by Lisa, Sarah, Tami, and Ann via email.

Communication -  With Management Team
March 30th is their next meeting. Sarah will be at that meeting even though 1 training session has already taken place and communicate information from RT.

Follow-up – By RT
The RT will follow-up and make sure representatives attended.

Training Handout – By RT
Provide notes for training, including the RT contact for each area. The draft of that handout will be done by the next RT meeting by Ann.
