Meeting Notes - Friday, April 30th 2004, 10:30a - 11:30a

RT Plan revisions were approved by CORE on 4/22/04, a copy was distributed.

Reviewed progress of Report Inventory process. A draft of the email to be sent to the campus requesting involvement in the report inventory was reviewed.  Lists of recipients was also reviewed as well as the instruction form.  Ann will send out the email with the attached instruction form after making the recommended changes.  A deadline of May 28th was set.

Discussion of Datatel Sample reports and the approach to take to review what is available followed with a decision to have the Module Leaders be responsible for the reports in their modules.  They will come back to the RT with updates on that process.  RT will participate in the process when asked.  Tami will talk to Maxine and Sarah will talk to Sandra and Dean.

Lisa brought up the subject of Custom Reports and the requirement to get those needs identified soon.
