Next Steps:
Step 1. Go to those who have not submitted anything to see if they have reporting needs.  Deadline for them will be decided at the next meeting. Start contacting them before the next meeting.

Step 2. Identify which Module those reports will land in and use the field to record that called : MLAssigned with options of: Tami, Maxine, Connie, Sarah, and Other.  At the next meeting entries will be made to the database table starting with the existing report submissions.

Step 3. Re-sort and give those report lists to the Module Leaders
(Ann will help Tami with her report list, find other volunteers to help Module Leaders – talk about that at the next meeting)

For the Next Meeting:
Ann – will bring a list of reports generated from query builder
Ann – will send spreadsheets from earlier submissions to Sara and Tami and add to database
All – start contacting the group that haven’t submitted anything yet, look over list of reports
