1.  Answer some questions regarding reporting at NIC:

     What resources are needed to meet reporting needs? (people, reporting tools, etc.)

     Where does the reporting project fit into the institutional project lists?

     What happens if we stay status quo?

 

2.  Answer some questions regarding RST:

     Should it be 'on hold' until resources are available for the purchase and       implementation of reporting tools?      

     Should it become a project team at that time?
