Lisa passed along a question from DSMG regarding whether financials should consider a supplemental application for reporting or whether the reporting capabilities will grow beyond where we are now. There was discussion among the group and it was decided that the datamart is the right direction to take.

Steve asked about current datamart users and uses.  IR and the Registrars office are the heaviest users, much of their reporting is done from the datamart.  Other offices have shown interest and have attended datamart training in the ELF.

It was decided that RST (KC, SR, CC, LC, AL) would meet once/month and focus primarily on 'organizational' issues, while the project team (CC, LC, AL) will meet weekly and focus on the 'technical' portion of the reporting implementation project.
