The quotes for Datatel ODS DataConveyor (ETL tool) were brought to the table and will be purchased by IT. 

Ann passed out a list of Information Centers with their module leaders and ICCG (Information Center's Coordination Group) members listed.  Steve will talk to Instruction (after May graduation) about who would serve in the ICCG member role. Steve will also talk to HR about who is the Module Leader and the ICCG member(s) from that area.  This list will need to be re-visited by each of those areas.

The Admissions Information Specialist job description was distributed and there was discussion about the definition of not only that role but of the module leader and ICCG member.  For the next meeting, Charley and Lisa will put together a definition of the module leader and the Information Specialist.  Ann will put together a definition of the ICCG member.

Lisa passed out a list of trainings that have been offered since Jan 06.  The group felt that a coordinating group for training should exist.  A list of people that should belong to that group include Kathy, Steve, Wade, Peggy, and Lisa.
