Strategic Plan, Planning Process, and Progress Report

The 2008-2013 North Idaho College Strategic Plan was developed over an 8-month period by constituents from across North Idaho. The total process had several phases, outlined in the Planning Process Overview listed below. The Strategic Planning process has resulted in a 5-year plan that will help guide NIC’s development in several critical areas.
