Dec., 2011 - March, 2012 Candidate recruitment (local, regional & national) by ACCT.
Mid-January, 2012 ACCT visits the campus to conduct Open Public Forums for the campus community to be facilitated by ACCT. Information gathered during open forums facilitated by ACCT will be used to prepare the draft Presidential Profile. Search Committee Meeting #1. Board of Trustees Special Meeting to finalize and approve Presidential Profile.
Thursday, March 1, 2012 Target Date for Applications Mid-March, 2012 Search Committee Meeting #2: Candidate Evaluation: Search Committee to review applications and select semi-final candidates for preliminary interviews.
Late-March, 2012 Search Committee Meeting #3: Interview semi-final candidates, recommends finalists to Board of Trustees.
Early-April, 2012 Final candidates visit College and participate in open forums. Board interviews final candidates; ACCT provides in-depth oral summary reference reports on final candidates to Board of Trustees.
Mid-April, 2012 Board of Trustees selects new president.
