IT Help Desk

The IT Help Desk provides students, faculty, and staff at North Idaho College with a centralized point of contact for all technical support services. Whether the problem is email, password reset, online courses, network access, or other technical questions, the IT Help Desk is there to assist, troubleshoot, and when necessary, route your request to the appropriate support department.
