The property for sale consists of 11.41 acres comprised of 10 Industrial Zoned Lots in the Riverbend Commerce Park, Post Falls, ID. Appraised Value:$1,244,000.The property for sale consists of 10 lots described as parcels:

Property Appraisal Report

Bids must be submitted with an earnest money payment in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid by cashier’s check or money order, and the remainder of the total bid amount must be payable in the form of cashier’s check or money order at closing, which shall occur within thirty (30) days of acceptance of the bid by the College’s Board of Trustees. Unsuccessful bidders will have their checks returned immediately after the sale. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Driftwood Bay Room, 1000 West Garden Avenue, Coeur d’Alene at 3:00 p.m. on said date. All interested individuals are welcome to attend. All bids shall be presented or otherwise delivered to the Office of Finance and Business Affairs under sealed envelope with the concise statement, “RIVERBEND PROPERTY SALE BID.” marked on the out­side. Bids will not be accepted via facsimile or e-mail. Any bid re­ceived after the hour of 2:30 p.m. on July 14, 2015, will not be con­sid­ered. The College Board of Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever.
