Student Accounts

By registering at North Idaho College, you agree to provide payment by the due dates. If you register for a class, you are responsible for all incurred charges if you do not withdraw by the 100% refund deadline You are also responsible for any collection costs and legal fees if a collection agency is employed to gather unpaid tuition and fees.

Payment Due Dates

  • Fall Semester 2016 Payment is due Sunday, August 21
    Payment is due the day before classes begin. If not paid, you may have a hold placed on your account which doesn't allow you to register or receive transcripts.
  • Spring Semester 2017 Payment is due Sunday, January 8
    Payment is due the day before classes begin. If not paid, you may have a hold placed on your account which doesn't allow you to register or receive transcripts.
  • Summer Session 2017 Payment is due Sunday, June 4
    Payment is due the day before classes begin. If not paid, you may have a hold placed on your account which doesn't allow you to register or receive transcripts.

Financial Aid Disbursement Dates

  • Fall 2016 Financial Aid 1st Disbursement will be transmitted to Blackboard Pay on September 9.
    Fall 2016 Financial Aid 2nd Disbursement
    will be transmitted to Blackboard Pay on November 4.
  • Spring 2017 Financial Aid 1st Disbursement will be transmitted to Blackboard Pay on January 27.
    Spring 2017 Financial Aid 2nd Disbursement
    will be transmitted to Blackboard Pay on March 24.
  • Summer 2016 Financial Aid 1st Disbursement will be transmitted to Blackboard Pay on June 16.
    Summer 2016 Financial Aid 2nd Disbursement
    will be transmitted to Blackboard Pay on July 6.

Class Cancellation

Failure to meet these due dates may incur class cancellation on the deadline date. Your student account must be cleared of all prior charges before you will be permitted to attend class. A student account with incomplete payments and/or deferments are subject to cancellation of registration.

**Note: If you owe a prior semester balance, you will not be allowed to register for a future semester. If you are already registered for a future semester, you will be dropped from those classes unless the balance has been paid.
