Concurrent Enrolled Students
Concurrent enrolled students are defined as: student enrolled at North Idaho College and Lewis-Clark State College or University of Idaho.
If you intend to enroll in classes at North Idaho College and the University of Idaho or Lewis-Clark State College during the same semester, your financial aid enrollment status will be determined by combining credits from both institutions. Your financial aid eligibility will be determined by the Financial Aid Office at the University of Idaho or Lewis-Clark State College. You can not receive financial aid from NIC if you are concurrently enrolled.
In order to defer your tuition and qualify for a concurrent enrollment refund you MUST complete the following steps:
1. Download and submit a Concurrent Enrollment Certification form to the Registrar’s Office at North Idaho College, the Registrar’s Office will then verify your enrollment and submit your form to either the University of Idaho or Lewis-Clark State College.
2. Submit a copy of your accepted signed financial aid award letter to the Student Accounts Office at North Idaho College to defer your tuition each semester. If your financial aid does not cover the cost of your North Idaho College tuition, you will be responsible for paying the difference in accordance with NIC’s published dates.
